Did Jesus take all the curses of mankind onto the cross? ~ Cross reference of Galatians 3:13 to Deuteronomy 21:23
Paul makes a cross reference to Deuteronomy 21:23 that Jesus took all the curses of the law from us and became the curse on our behalf. I think he is trying to say that the curse of the law is not on us anymore. I think this is a lie. Gentiles were never under the law in the first place. The law was given only to the Jews. If you read the passage in Deuteronomy 21 you will see that the person being talked about is a criminal not a righteous person. The passage is then saying that even such a criminal should not be left hanging on the tree as it is a blasphemy of G-d as we are created in the image of G-d. All Images are links to Google Images.
