Why does Paul think our unrighteousness amplifies G-d's Righteousness? ~ Cross reference of Romans 3:3 to Psalm 51:6

Paul quotes Psalm 51 where David is confronted for his sin against Uriah that he commits to have Bathsheba. David is confesses to G-d that he has sinned asks for G-d's mercy and that G-d is justified if he punishes him. This is how we all need to live our lives. Do the very best to obey G-d's laws and when we fail, we need to repent & turn away from our sins & turn toward G-d as we cannot be righteous by our own strength. Paul does not agree with the above teaching of Tanakh, the theology he preaches is that we will never be able to obey the law 100% so we need Jesus's blood to save us. He uses a logic that if disobey one command, we are doomed for hell.  In this world there is no righteous person who does not fail. We all fail but we need to get up, learn from the mistakes and get better every day. This is what G-d desires from us. Tanakh teaches us that we need to be holy as G-d is holy.
