We do not know who wrote Hebrews, but looks like it was a student of Paul as you see a lot of his theological influence on the author. This letter is addressed to the Jews and so is quite rich in cross references to Tanakh. In this post we will cover if Psalm 2 is about god telling Jesus that today he has become the son of god. What is funny is the Author of Hebrew does a card switch trick here by making the Psalm as if god wrote it when the Psalm is written by David[most likely] and he is talking about G-d.
