Was Enoch taken to heaven alive because he had faith? ~ Cross reference of Hebrews 11:5 to Genesis 5:24
Hebrews quotes Able, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Joshua & Rahab to assert that they were all blessed because of the faith they had in G-d. He then states that they did not receive the promise as they had to wait for the promise to be fulfilled only when Jesus came and all humanity that believed in Jesus are saved I guess. One point that stands out in this chapter is in verse 26 where he says Moses refused to claim his place as the son of Pharaoh's daughter for the sake of Jesus who is greater than all the wealth of Egypt.
