Did Moses prophecy that when Jesus arrived on the earth that all angels should praise Jesus? ~ Cross reference of Hebrews 1:6 to Deuteronomy 32:43

Deuteronomy 32 is the chapter where Moses has to die. Before he dies, he prophesies about how Israel will go away from G-d and fall for idolatry. Moses recalls how lovingly G-d cared for them 40 years in the wilderness and how Israel could do such an evil thing. Moses they prophesies that G-d will use gentile nations to punish Israel and once their punishment is done, he will restore them. The passage that is quoted as a cross reference does not talk about any angels but the same gentiles nations that will subdue Israel to rejoice for Israel, as G-d will restore Israel and they can do nothing about it. Does Tanakh say that god will adopt gentiles into his covenant through Jesus ~ Cross reference of Romans 15:9-12 to 2 Samuel 22:50, Psalm 18:49, Deuteronomy 32:43, Psalm 117:1, Isaiah 11:10

Paul makes a claim that Tanakh provides multiple passages that show that the gentiles will be part of the covenant that G-d made with Israel. Paul says that this has been made possible through Jesus. I guess he means to say that Jesus is the promised messiah and if anyone believes in him will become part of the covenant that G-d made with Israel. What bothers me is that G-d made a covenant with Israel and said this nation will be his chosen people for ever and they will be a light to the nations. There is no mention in the Tanakh that all the nations who believe in Jesus will be part of G-d's covenant with Israel. All Images are links to Google Images. Copyright violations not intended.
