Is there no one righteous? ~ Cross reference of Romans 3:13-18 To Psalm 5:9, Psalm 140:3, Psalm 10:7, Isaiah 59:7-8, Psalm 36:1
This is true, We are imperfect humans living in an imperfect world trying to be righteous by obeying G-d's laws as best as we can.
Righteousness is a state of a person not something that you achieve as an end state. It is a continue process. Solomon rightly said in Ecclesiastes 7:20 For there is no righteous man on earth who does good and sins not.
If you see Paul's theology it is so wrong that once you sin you are doomed and hence you need Jesus's blood to be good in G-d's sight. This is not what Tanakh teaches.
G-d says if you sin, get up, dust yourself off and turn away from sin and come to me. We need to continuously seek G-d's help to be righteous doing his will. When our time here ends, trust G-d and leave the judgement to him. He is a righteous and merciful G-d. He sees not only what good and evil we did but also the effort we made to make things right.

All Greek Text references are from NIV and Tanakh references are from Chabad.
My encouragement to you is that you read the whole chapter of Tanakh that the Greek text quotes so you get the context and understand what G-d actually said.
G-d Bless and Seek THE Truth.
Romans 3:13 “Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit.” “The poison of vipers is on their lips.” 14 “Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness.” 15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood;
16 ruin and misery mark their ways, 17 and the way of peace they do not know.” 18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”
Psalm 5:10 For there is no sincerity in his mouth; there is malice in their heart; their throat is an open grave; they make their tongue smooth.
Psalm 140:1 For the conductor, a song of David. 2 Rescue me, O Lord, from an evil man from a man of robbery You shall guard me. 3 Who plotted evil things in their heart; every day they gather to wage war.
Psalm 10:7 His mouth is full of oaths and deceits and guile; under his tongue is mischief and iniquity.
Psalm 36:2 The word of the transgression to the wicked man, in the midst of my heart, is that there is no fear of God before his eyes.
Psalm 10:7 His mouth is full of oaths and deceits and guile; under his tongue is mischief and iniquity.
Psalm 36:2 The word of the transgression to the wicked man, in the midst of my heart, is that there is no fear of God before his eyes.
Isaiah 59:7 Their feet run to evil, and they hasten to shed innocent blood; their thoughts are thoughts of wickedness; robbery and ruin are in their paths. 8 The way of peace they do not know, and there is no justice in their paths; they have made themselves crooked paths; whoever goes on it knows no peace.
- In Psalm 5, David is asking G-d to help him from the wicked people. All David is saying in verse 10 is that the wicked person is not sincere and slanders others because there is evil in his heart.
- This passage does not support Paul's theology that all men are evil and sinful. Below verses show that David knows that G-d hates wicked people and will help those who seek G-d.
- Psalm 5:5 For You are not a God Who desires wickedness; evil does not abide with You.
- Psalm 5:12 And let all who take refuge in You rejoice; may they ever shout for joy, and You shall shelter them, and let all who love Your name exult in You.
- If you read this Psalm it is clear as day that David is asking G-d to save him from the wicked and evil people who are against him. Why would David ask for help from G-d if he also was wicked and evil? when in Psalm 5:12 David says G-d is a refuge for those who seek him.
- This verse also does not support Paul's claim that all men are evil and sinners.
- Psalm 140:13 I know that the Lord will perform the judgment of a poor man, the cause of the needy. 14 But the righteous will thank Your name; the upright will sit before You.
- This Psalm also does not support Paul's claim that all men are sinners and evil.
- If you read the below verses you see that David is talking about evil people who deny G-d and exploit the poor. He is not saying that all people are evil anywhere.
- Psalm 10:2 With the haughtiness of the wicked man, he pursues the poor man. They are caught in the plots that they have devised.
- Psalm 10:3 For the wicked man boasts about the desire of his soul, and the robber congratulates himself for having blasphemed the Lord.
- Psalm 10:4 A wicked man at the height of his anger; "He will not seek; there is no God," [say] all his thoughts.
- If you see the below verses, David is talking about how G-d helps the humble and helpless people.
- Psalm 10:12 Arise, O Lord God, lift up Your hand; do not forget the humble.
- Psalm 10:14 You saw, for You look at mischief and provocation to give with Your power; upon You Your army leaves [its burden]; You would help the orphan.
- Psalm 10:17 You shall hear the desire of the humble, O Lord; may You prepare their heart, may Your ear hearken.
- Psalm 10:18 To judge the orphan and the crushed one, that he no longer continue to break the weak from the earth.
- Here too Paul does not have any support for this theology.
- David in verses 1-5 is saying that the wicked person has no fear of G-d and he comes up with ways to harm & exploits others. Then from verse 6-13 David talks about how G-d helps the people who see k G-d.
- Psalm 36:8 How precious is Your kindness, O God, and the sons of man will take refuge in the shadow of Your wings. 9 They will be sated from the fat of Your house, and with the stream of Your delights You give them to drink.
- Psalm 36:10 For with You is the source of life; in Your light we will see light. 11 Extend Your kindness to those who know You, and Your charity to the upright of heart.
- Psalm 36:12 Let the foot of haughtiness not come with me, neither shall the hand of the wicked cause me to wander. 13 There the workers of iniquity have fallen; they have been thrust away and were unable to rise.
- Isaiah is chastising the people of Judah for doing evil. He tells then that G-d is not helping them when Babylon is trying to attack them because of their sins. If you read verse 1 & 2 you will see that Isaiah is saying that G-d is able to help, but your sins are preventing G-d's help.
- Isaiah 59:1 Behold, the hand of the Lord is not too short to save, neither is is ear too heavy to hear. 2 But your iniquities were separating between you and between your God, and your sins have caused [Him] to hide [His] face from you that He not hear.
- Isaiah 59:12 For our transgressions against You are many, and our sins have testified against us, for our transgressions are with us, and our iniquities-we know them.
- This chapter has a prophecy about the messiah to come and it says exactly opposite to what Christians believe. Isaiah says the messiah will come to those who repent, Christians believe that Jesus came to save those who are sinners.
- Isaiah 59:20 And a redeemer shall come to Zion, and to those who repent of transgression in Jacob, says the Lord.
